Emma specialises in advising both landlord and tenant clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, and disposals across Central London.

In 2007, Emma began her career as a graduate at CBRE working predominantly in the West End before joining Knight Frank in 2014 and subsequently becoming a Partner at Mallam in 2021.

When she isn’t working, Emma enjoys country walks, having her patience tested by her 3 year old son and escaping to a pub garden.

Mike has worked in the West End for many years, predominantly advising landlords on refurbishment, marketing and leasing but also with a few long-standing clients for whom he has acquired new offices.

Mike started his career at Savills, moving to Godfrey Vaughan where he was a partner before the practice was acquired by Colliers International. After running the Central London agency team there, Mike was one of the founding partners of Mallam Advisers. 

He advises a number of private property companies, family offices and Estates.

Out of work, he plays golf and tennis badly, takes his dog to the pub and struggles to keep his Triumph Stag on the road.

Nigel’s experience of advising central London occupiers on office relocations and disposals spans 22 years.  His clients range from large corporates to SMEs across all business sectors and he prides himself on delivering a premium service not matter what he’s asked to do.

Nigel has over 40 years’ experience in Lease Advisory and Consultancy Advice in Central London. He started his career in 1980 at Hillier Parker May & Rowden. In 1993 Nigel joined Charles Godfrey in forming Godfrey Vaughan, which after 15 successful years was purchased by Colliers in 2008. In 2017 Nigel was a founding Partner of Mallam Advisers LLP and with effect from April 2022 now acts as a Consultant to the LLP. Clients include Portman Estate, Harwood International, Stevens Properties, Kimmre, Eskmuir, Stow, Optegra, RAHMS Limited, Browns Hotel and Bunzl. Nigel maintains an active role in both the Central London agency and professional arenas and was previously a member of the RICS panel of both Arbitrators and Independent Experts. He is a Liveryman with the Gold and Silver Wyre Drawers.
